*3  observed fried chicken pieces stored in multiple shallow trays on a warmer by the check-out station to be held below 135F (120F)--the warmer was accidentally turned off. All the chicken pieces were thrown away. Ensure that all potentially hazardous food items being held hot to be held at 135F or above [750.120/140]. Immediate/Onsite
*12  Observed an employee working on the food service line to be wearing fake nails. This employee was not wearing gloves. Unless wearing intact gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food [750.510]. Immediate/Onsite
38  Observed no lights within the walk-in freezer. In addition, the lights within the walk-in cooler is too dim. Provide adequate lighting in all food storage areas [750.1230].
